Asia Gulf Cloud in Singapore is seeking a CDD Team Lead to oversee customer due diligence across corporate and retail clients, including onboarding, real-time name screening, ongoing screening, and periodic reviews. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes aligned with regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail to safeguard against financial crime and operational risk, while coordinating with Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in CDD operations for corporate and retail.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of global AML/CFT regulations and screening requirements.
• Proven ability to meet SLA, quality, and productivity targets.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of CDD analysts, ensuring SLA and quality standards are met.
• Oversee end-to-end CDD processes for corporate and retail clients.
• Support review and resolution of complex cases and risk assessments.
• Ensure accurate case handling, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Keep SOPs updated and collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams.
