Qualifications
- Experience in client onboarding and data maintenance.
- Understanding of CDD guidelines and due diligence requirements.
- Knowledge of corporate entity structures and related documentation.
- Ability to review documentation and meet SLA timelines.
Responsibilities
- Review client onboarding and static data maintenance documents.
- Execute service requests and client instructions in Avaloq.
- Coordinate with COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS for complex cases.
- Track and escalate documentation deficiencies for action.
- Ensure timely processing of documentation per SLA.
- Support team KPI delivery and ad-hoc projects.
- Liaise with Front Office to re-work and clear backlogs.
- Escalate long-outstanding requests to Team Manager.
