Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review client onboarding and static data maintenance documents.
• Execute service requests and client instructions in Avaloq.
• Coordinate with COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS for complex cases.
• Track and escalate documentation deficiencies for action.
• Ensure timely processing of documentation per SLA.
• Support team KPI delivery and ad-hoc projects.
• Liaise with Front Office to re-work and clear backlogs.
• Escalate long-outstanding requests to Team Manager.

Job Duties

1. Competent & well-versed in the Guidelines for Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance.

2. CDD Guidelines & Documentation requirement guidelines on documentations to be procured as part of Due Diligence checks (for Individual & Corporate).

3. Competent & well-versed in different Corporate entity structures & corresponding documentation requirements and account structuring knowledge.

4. Documentation review for client onboarding and static data maintenance and transactions documents.

5. Accurate and timely execution of service requests / clients' instructions on static maintenance updates and account opening in various system, Avaloq.

6. Coordination & stakeholder management skills to reach out to different stakeholders e.g. COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS etc particularly for complex account document review cases.

7. Track, monitor and elevate all accounts/transactions with documentation deficiencies and exception approved for management attention and appropriate action.

8. Monitor and ensure all business requests pertaining to documentation are attended to promptly and processed as per agreed SLA.

9. To support and deliver team KPI and objectives. Handling various duties & ad-hoc project assigned to the team.

10. Liaise directly with Front Office for any re-work(s) and monitor to ensure no long outstanding unprocessed service request / clients instructions.

11. Escalate long outstanding unprocessed requests/instructions to Team Manager / Team Lead.

12. Able to work in fast paced environment.

13. Candidates with Private Banking Onboarding experience is preferred.

14. Knowledge to Avaloq system is a plus.
