Job summary

Michael Page International is recruiting for a leading security solutions provider. The successful candidate will lead the design and positioning of integrated security solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and engage customers to understand requirements through workshops, demos, and site assessments.

You will prepare technical proposals, BOMs, tenders, and compliance documentation, manage proof-of-concept activities, evaluate partners, and guide projects through delivery with

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting in security/ELV/networking.
• Strong understanding of IP-based security technologies, networking concepts, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with video surveillance, access control, and security management platforms from leading vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, proposal-writing, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and positioning of integrated security solutions, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related technologies.
• Engage customers to understand operational and technical requirements, conducting workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and site assessments.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BOMs, tender submissions, compliance documentation, and cost estimates.
• Manage proof-of-concept activities, evaluate technology partners, and recommend suitable hardware and software platforms.
• Provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles, including knowledge transfer to delivery teams and support for complex implementations.
