Job summary

You will develop and execute strategic plans, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the CCTV and security sector. The role requires a proven track record in IT sales, the ability to identify new opportunities, and collaboration with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably networking products.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving measurable sales results.
• Possess an existing database of relevant end customers or decision-makers (CCTV/security preferred).
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and implement strategic business development plans to hit sales targets.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with SMEs, enterprises and SIs to drive CCTV sales.
• Identify new opportunities via market research and partnerships to expand CCTV distribution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams to deliver customer value.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights for strategic decisions.
