Responsibilities

• Handle catering enquiries, issue quotations, and confirm orders.
• Coordinate orders with outlets, kitchens, delivery partners and customers to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage daily orders and online catering platform inquiries, update menus and pricing as needed.
• Support event planning and on-site coordination for catering functions.
• Maintain accurate customer, enquiry and order records and prepare basic sales reports.
