Job summary

LUXE CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations supervisor to coordinate daily catering event activities and lead the service and operations teams. You will ensure safe and compliant service, and work closely with kitchen and sales to deliver seamless client experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. A Class 3 driving license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily catering operations.
• Lead and motivate service and operations teams to deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and sales teams for client and back-of-house alignment.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
