AISEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Catering Kitchen supervisor responsible for overseeing food preparation and ensuring recipes and presentation meet quality standards. You will ensure timely delivery to catering customers and manage related operations in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role focuses on maintaining food quality, cost control, menu development, and strict adherence to sanitation and health regulations across all kitchen activities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee food preparation and ensure recipes and presentation meet company specifications and quality commitments.
• Ensure the quality of food produced in Catering Kitchen meets company standards before delivery to customers in a timely manner.
• Accountable for food cost management, menu planning, development and creation of new products as required.
• Ensure quality of all food and condiments from suppliers is maintained through proper storage and usage.
• Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.
• Ensure hygienic and safe preparation of food per Food Hygiene standards and health and safety requirements.
