Job summary

HO HENG JAPANESE PTE. LTD. in Singapore operates a fast-paced quick-service Korean and Japanese fusion cuisine environment.

We are seeking part-time or full-time cashiers and front-counter servers to operate POS systems, serve food, and manage customer order collection efficiently. Responsibilities include operating POS machines, memorizing menu items for quick service, serving food from kitchen to front counter, announcing queue numbers, and keeping the front-counter clean.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or front-counter experience is beneficial but not required.

• Work 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Operate POS machines accurately to process customer orders and payments
• Memorize menu items to assist customers and improve service speed
• Serve food from the kitchen to the front counter promptly and hygienically
• Announce queue numbers clearly to alert customers for order collection
• Adapt quickly to new tasks and learn on the job to support stall operations
• Maintain a clean and organized front-counter area during shifts
• Work reliably during required hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in cashier or front-counter service roles is beneficial but not required
