Job summary

OCBC Bank invites you to join as a Cash Product Intern to support product initiatives and enhance client experience. You will work with Product Managers on market research, competitive analysis, and execution of product plans.

You will gain hands-on exposure to reporting, stakeholder coordination, and system enhancements while developing analytical, research, and presentation skills within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Management Reporting: assist in the preparation and analysis of management information reports to support product performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: conduct research on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' product offerings to identify opportunities and insights.
• Product Management Support: support Product Managers in the execution of product initiatives, enhancement projects, and strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and other functions to support product-related activities and deliverables.
• User Acceptance Testing: participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and product improvements to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Project Support: assist in the planning, tracking, and implementation of product and process improvement initiatives.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other assignments and projects as required
