Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of new proposals, track submissions and issuances, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all new business matters related to policies.

You will supervise the team, set priorities, analyze problems, coach colleagues, report KPIs to management, and coordinate with distribution channels and underwriters on pre- and post-issuance matters for High Net Worth policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and set team priorities.
• Analyze and solve problems without precedence.
• Provide expertise advice and coaching to colleagues.
• Manage High Net Worth proposals including tracking submissions.
• Regularly report KPIs to management.
• Liaise between distribution channels and underwriters on pre- and post-issuance transactions.
• Work with relevant departments on High-Net-Worth policy matters.
