YF PRESTIGE ADVISORY SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced HNW Case Manager to oversee day‑to‑day case management and policy servicing for high‑net‑worth clients.

You will focus on execution, service quality, and compliance while driving efficiency initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting new business, quotations, and end‑to‑end case fulfilment, plus coaching and cross‑team collaboration to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in insurance, ideally HNW or affluent segments.
• Experience in operations, underwriting support or policy servicing.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
• Ability to liaise with cross-regional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate operations.
• Support overseas offices on quotations and end‑to‑end case fulfilment.
• Coach and develop team capability through guidance and training.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements to raise client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Support process reviews and system enhancements; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain MAS governance standards and assist with audits.

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced High Net Worth (HNW) Case Management professional to join a fast-growing, dynamic International Brokerage firm.

As a Case Manager, you will oversee day-to-day case management and policy servicing operations for HNW clients. You will focus on operational execution, service quality, and process compliance while driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations.
• Provide support to overseas offices on quotations and facilitate the end-to-end fulfilment and submission of cases.
• Enhance team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to elevate client experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in process reviews and support operational and system enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards, including audit support.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally within HNW or Affluent segments.
• Experience in operations, underwriting support, or policy servicing within life insurance.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Proven project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience assisting sales teams with client review materials.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with cross-regional stakeholders.
• Relevant CMFAS certifications (e.g., RES5, M9, M9A, HI).
• An active MAS RNF status is highly preferred; candidates capable of securing licensing upon onboarding will also be considered.
