Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Cargo Coordinator to oversee daily cargo operations, ensure timely shipments, and maintain records.

You will prepare airway bills, manifests, and customs docs, coordinate with airlines, forwarders, and internal teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a diploma or relevant warehouse experience; weekend shifts and forklift training may be required, with good staff welfare and training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Willing to learn forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cargo operations to ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including airway bills, cargo manifests, and customs documentation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound cargo movements and update shipment records.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cargo acceptance, storage, loading, and dispatch according to operational requirements.
• Ensure cargo handling complies with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or damages.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare routine reports.
• Support warehouse operations, inventory control, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
