Job summary

Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior leader to own the card product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle management. You will drive innovation across stablecoin-linked and digital asset use cases, collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant card products.

The role requires deep understanding of card schemes, issuing economics, and regulatory requirements, with a strong track record in partnerships and P&L

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in card issuing, payments, or fintech.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record launching and scaling card products.
• Deep understanding of card scheme rules, issuing economics, and networks.
• Strong P&L ownership with data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing external partnerships with schemes and processors.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and PCI DSS compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the card product roadmap across consumer and business segments.
• Own end-to-end setup, compliance, and lifecycle management of card products.
• Drive product innovation including stablecoin-linked and digital asset use cases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance to deliver secure, scalable, compliant products.
• Develop and execute card business strategy across APAC and global markets.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitors and regulatory changes.
• Build and manage relationships with card schemes, issuing banks, processors, and programme managers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive adoption and growth.
