Qualifications

• Bachelor and Master degrees in business, IT or related fields; Master preferred.
• Rich experience in Banking/Financial Institutions and Crypto/Web3 with senior management.
• Card issuing, Card schemes (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/JCB) or payment processing experience required.
• Crypto exchanges, Web3 or fintech experience preferred.
• Experience issuing Crypto Backed cards and Stable Coins valued.
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, compliance and risk management.
• Strategic with business sense; experience in product development preferred.
• Self-motivated and well organized; strong communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Business proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Based in Singapore, drive the Credit Card Centre business and accountable for P&L.
• Lead departments to achieve objectives including BD, channel integration, product roadmap, card acquisition, marketing & promotion, usage & maintenance, IT & operations.
• Design cooperation models related to bank cards and cryptocurrency, including transactions, points and payments.
• Work closely with Business to drive end-to-end features and business forward.
• Drive product design of crypto exchanges, wallets, payments, etc.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Big Data teams across functions.

About the job Managing Director, Credit Card Centre (Banking)

A sizable Singaporean Bank is looking for a Strategic Head to manage its profit & loss of its Credit Card Centre in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Based in Singapore, drive the business of Credit Card Centre and accountable for its profit & loss
• Lead various Department to achieve objectives and be responsible for managing Business Development, Channel integration, Product Roadmap, Card Acquisition, Marketing & Promotion, Usage & Maintenance, Infrastructure, IT & Operations, etc.
• Design cooperation models related to bank credit cards and cryptocurrency, including but not limited to transactions, points, payments, etc.
• Work with Business very closely, not only supporting features from Product perspective but also drive Business forward from end to end.
• Drive the product design of different crypto exchanges, wallets, payments, etc.
• Work closely with Business Development, Technical team, Risk, Compliance team, Big Data team, and cross functionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Business, Information Technology or related disciplines and Master Degree preferably
• Rich experience in Banking & Financial Institutions and Crypto/Web3 companies, with senior management experience.
• Past experience in Card issuing, Card scheme like Visa/Mastercard/Amex/JCB, payment processing or Card Acquirer is a must.
• Past experience in Crypto exchanges, Web3, or fintech is preferred.
• Experience in issuing Crypto Backed credit/debit card and Stable Coins will be highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, compliance rules, and risk management methods.
• Strategic with strong business sense and experience in product development is preferred
