Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Cards Payment Solutions & Implementation Specialist to support merchant portfolio growth and lead payment solutions implementation across acquiring and e-commerce channels.

The role combines sales support, technical implementation, and process optimization with strong stakeholder engagement and API experience. Onsite work in Central Region, City Area, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or e-commerce environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of card products and payment processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and system-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant onboarding and relationship management to grow portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of merchant acquiring solutions for e-commerce and platforms.
• Coordinate with PSPs, vendors, and internal teams for solution design and integration.
• Handle API-based integrations, validate interfaces, and document results.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement in operations.
