Job summary

GoNetZero, the carbon management arm of Sembcorp Industries, is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to drive operational excellence across sales planning, business operations, and carbon transaction support.

You will champion the adoption of CRM systems and dashboards, strengthen governance across carbon and REC transactions, and ensure documentation, tracking, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination with registries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2-5 years of work experience.
• Experience with sales software and data analytics tools e.g. CRM, PowerBI required.
• Experience in Renewable Energy Certificates or Carbon Management sectors would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with carbon market infrastructure, including registries (e.g. Verra, Gold Standard) and basic understanding of voluntary and compliance carbon markets, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support carbon transaction operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely governance alignment.
• Oversee carbon trade lifecycle activities, including deal capture validation and invoicing coordination.
• Manage interactions with registries like Verra and Gold Standard for account admin and retirements.
• Maintain registry and internal system data accuracy with audit-ready records.
• Partner with commercial teams to improve execution readiness and reduce handoff gaps.
