Job summary

RECRUITFIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Car Workshop Admin to support the workshop operations from Ubi. The role involves handling office admin tasks, invoicing, reports, and coordinating with the workshop team.

You will liaise with customers and insurance firms for accident reports, manage repair orders, and ensure accurate billing. Basic IT skills and interest in automotive matters are required; Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Keen to learn on workshop automotive matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in office admin tasks, reports, filing, tracking and invoicing matters.
• Make and submit accident reports and liaise between customers and insurance companies to follow up.
• Opening and closing of repair orders with accuracy and invoicing with payment collection.
• Liaise and follow up closely with the Parts dept and Workshop team
• Monitoring and review of insurance claims, filing, tracking, and settlement in a timely manner.
• Reporting to Manager of daily jobs and weekly progress.
