Job summary

A car rental company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage customer interactions, perform data entry tasks, and handle vehicle maintenance records. The role includes responding to sales inquiries and supporting payment follow-ups. Basic bookkeeping and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are preferred. The position operates five days a week with alternating Saturdays, offering incentives and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to sales inquiries.
• Perform data entry tasks including invoicing and contract submissions.
• Check sales and follow up weekly for payments.
• Record and update vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect cars with customers and shift cars as needed.

Job Scope

• Answering calls and Reply sales enquiries
• Data Entry ( Issue invoices, Contract, submition of summon)
• Checking Sales and Follow up weekly for payments
• Recording and update vehicles maintenance
• inspect car with customer and Shift cars

5days + alternate saturday - operation hours 10am to 7pm
