C&A AUTO LEASING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated credit support specialist to streamline car loan applications and administrative tasks. You will liaise with banks, customers and dealers to ensure smooth processing and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include data entry in Excel, document preparation in Word, and daily invoicing. Proficiency in Chinese communication is valued to facilitate clear cross-language coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process car loan applications via WhatsApp, email and AI platforms with timely submission.
• Organize and manage digital files, create folders and export Word/PDF documents.
• Use Excel for data entry, copy-paste, basic calculations and formulas.
• Prepare and format loan processing documents using Word.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including invoicing and updating loan status.
• Communicate with bank officers, customers and dealers to track progress.
• Correspond with Chinese-speaking associates and customers for clear communication.
