Job summary

The Lo & Behold Group is launching a new café concept on Orchard Road, led by Chef Julien Royer, in partnership with Tiffany & Co. This space fuses hospitality and luxury, designed as a destination that feels refined yet effortless.

We are seeking Front of House staff to deliver warm, personalised service, guide guests through the menu, serve dishes and beverages, maintain a pristine dining environment, and handle guest feedback with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to all guests
• Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations
• Serving and explaining of dishes
• Ensure service flows smoothly from greeting to farewell, maintaining consistencyunder pressure
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable dining environment
• Handle guest feedback with empathy, ownership, and professionalism
• Support daily opening and closing duties, including setup and service readiness
• Preparing beverages (alcohol & non alcoholic (coffee, tea, mocktails etc)

We are launching a new café concept in the heart of Orchard Road, created in partnership with Tiffany & Co. and led by Chef Julien Royer.

Designed as a destination as much as a place to dine, the experience is elevated yet effortless, offering guests a moment of quiet indulgence within a distinctive retail setting.
