Job summary

PwC is looking for an Associate to join the Strategic Capital Solutions (SCS) team, spanning APAC. The Edge Programme offers a two-year rotation across Deals, with a 1-month PwC Masterclass and sponsorship for the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme (CVE) to deepen business valuation and modelling skills.

Year 3 onward, you specialize in Deals, focusing on M&A, infrastructure opportunities or restructuring.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
• Proactive teamwork and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Previous internship or active involvement in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking clubs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and carry out business and financial analysis for assessing suitable capital structure solutions and operational/strategic optimisation
• Build comprehensive financial models and perform financial analysis to support client strategic decisions
• Craft teasers and confidential information memorandum to market fundraising deals
• Participate in strategic and operational brainstorming sessions with the wider PwC deals team to help create tailored solutions for clients
