Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore is seeking an Associate-level hire to join the Strategic Capital Solutions team. The edge programme offers two years of rotations across Deals competencies, with a PwC Masterclass and sponsorship to CVA to develop valuation and financial modelling skills.

In year three you specialise in Deals, supporting clients on M&A, infrastructure opportunities, restructurings, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Final year students from local and overseas universities with strong academic records.
• Excellent academic (minimum 2nd class upper) and co-curricular achievement.
• Strong interest in finance, investment banking, private credit and/or private equity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous internship experience or active membership in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking clubs is a plus with prior financial modelling experience.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance work and fun and be a positive influence to the team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior team members from deal origination to execution of live transactions.
• Research and carry out business and financial analysis for assessing suitable capital structure solutions.
• Build comprehensive financial models and perform financial analysis to support client decisions.
• Craft teasers and confidential information memorandums to market fundraising deals.
• Participate in strategic and operational brainstorming sessions to create tailored client solutions.
