PwC Edge Programme in Singapore offers a 2-year rotational path within Deals Corporate Finance. You rotate across home business units and other Deals competencies, starting with a 1-month Valuation Masterclass and sponsorship for professional qualifications.

The programme leads to specialisation in Corporate Finance from year 3, focusing on valuation, modelling and deal execution. You will join as an Associate in January 2027, developing client-ready tools and building a strong internal network

Qualifications

• Recent Graduate/ Final year Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering or Economics student from local and overseas universities.
• Students from other disciplines may be considered with aptitude for Deals.
• Impressive academic and co-curricular achievement, results-oriented and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate finance/mergers and acquisitions advisory services.
• Work on project teams to prepare pitchbooks, information memorandums and teasers.
• Execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors.
• Responsible for deal execution, including financial modelling.
• Learn about deal dynamics and financial intricacies of various industries.
