Job summary

Societe Generale Singapore seeks a Trade Support/Operations professional to provide first level support to trading and sales desks, ensuring accurate trade booking and controls on the trade date. You will oversee TSU tasks, manage deal bookings, inputs, and events, and address trade queries.

The role emphasizes risk awareness and cooperation with management on process improvements and new tool implementations.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of capital market products (Rates, Credits, Forex, FX Options, Fixed Income) and experience in Capital Market Middle Office.
• Hands-on experience managing products and processes in Capital Market Middle Office.
• Exposure to Middle Office functions and Front-to-Back processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support and control to trading and sales desks; ensure trades are booked and checked accurately on trade date.
• Oversee Trade Support Unit (TSU) tasks: deal booking control, trade input/modifications/cancellations per FBK guidelines, events management, trade queries and issue handling.
• Identify operational risk and collaborate with the manager on process improvements or controls.
• Assist the manager on projects impacting TSU perimeter (system/process/procedure improvements, new tools or new business implementations).
