Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking and calls.
  • Conduct needs analysis to match financial products.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Work with credit and risk teams for loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and KYC norms.
  • Build relationships with business owners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Track client lifecycle events for upselling.

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients in the IT industry, offering tailored financial solutions including unsecured and secured business loans. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT sectors with business loan or equipment/software financing requirements.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
  • Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
  • Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project wins, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance
