Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with strong leadership, hospitality knowledge, and cost-control skills to drive financial performance across all dining concepts under one roof.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a hotel or large Cantonese or Chinese restaurant with good service standards.
• Strong knowledge in restaurant management.
• Experience in managing manpower costs and driving financial goals.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Excellent administrative, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• A can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Support the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
• Help ensure the financial success of the outlet through effective cost and operations management.
• Manage manpower costs and contribute to driving financial goals.
• Communicate fluently with Mandarin-speaking guests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Support administrative functions and maintain high customer service standards.
• Uphold operational standards across the outlet consistently.
