Qualifications

- 8–10 years of relevant experience; IHL exposure is advantageous.
- Experience in campus master planning and space management.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead campus master planning aligned to long-term academic and research goals.
- Analyse demand-supply dynamics to guide land use and infrastructure plans.
- Drive sustainability, accessibility, and data-backed business cases for projects.
- Perform space utilization reviews and publish actionable insights.
- Develop analytics dashboards and ensure data governance for space inventory.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
