Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. seeks a multidisciplinary planning professional to lead Alexandra Hospital's campus redevelopment planning and infrastructure strategy, translating clinical needs into sustainable built environment solutions.

You will drive feasibility studies, coordinate cross-functional teams, review proposals, and prepare business cases to support governance decisions in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related built environment discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in institutional, commercial, or healthcare projects; planning studies/feasibility experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning studies, feasibility assessments, and option evaluations to identify and recommend campus development and infrastructure solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to define project requirements and translate operational, clinical, and service needs into functional planning strategies and development briefs.
• Coordinate consultants, public agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated planning and design solutions aligned with project objectives and organisational priorities.
• Review planning and design proposals to ensure compliance with technical, operational, regulatory, and strategic requirements.
• Support governance decision-making through insightful analysis, planning recommendations, and the preparation of business cases, reports, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring healthcare planning trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to enhance future campus planning initiatives.
