Job summary

Tree Art International PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations and Sales Associate to manage day-to-day campus activities, engage customers, and promote Tree Art programmes. You will coordinate schedules, handle enrolments, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires a Diploma in Business or Marketing, 1 year in sales/related fields, and strong MS Office skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend availability is preferred for campus hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales/marketing/education experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales acumen welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth campus running.
• Engage customers and understand student progress to build rapport.
• Deliver sales pitches by mastering Tree Art curriculum and programmes.
• Support management in planning strategies to increase sales.
• Plan and communicate programs and campus events to customers.
• Serve as main point of contact and manage communications.
• Handle customer enquiries, enrolment, and post-sales services.
• Coordinate class schedules and arrange replacement teachers.
• Monitor attendance and arrange makeup lessons.
• Maintain ERP and student records; track withdrawals.
• Share expertise and mentor direct reports.
• Motivate team to achieve service excellence and targets.
• Liaise with landlord on updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Director.

• Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

• Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.
• Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.
• Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.
• Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.
• Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.
• Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.
• Liaise with landlord on updates.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
• Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

• Mon : off
• Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
