Job summary

NACLI, the National Academy for Community Leadership Institute, is seeking a Manager (Training Operations) to oversee campus facilities, procurement, and emergency readiness. You will supervise maintenance contracts, coordinate upgrades, and drive sustainability initiatives under government guidelines to ensure a safe, future-ready campus for staff, volunteers, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in facilities management, estate management or related field.
• Familiarity with Singapore standards, Codes of Practice, BCA regulations, and Green Mark requirements.
• Ability to review and verify quotations against SOR and Bills of Quantities.
• Experience with government procurement processes and systems, GeBIZ advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP, CERT, and business continuity planning enhances candidate suitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management contracts; supervise FMC, verify quotations, issue PO, monitor service standards.
• Coordinate cyclical maintenance and upgrades (CMP; A&A) with internal divisions, developers, consultants, and contractors; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Support digitalisation and sustainability via SMART campus masterplan and Green Mark certification.
• Conduct site inspections of works and defect liability periods to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate estate records and project documentation to support audit readiness and future planning.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
