Job summary

People's Association (PA) through NACLI is hiring a Manager (Training Operations) to ensure the campus remains safe, well-maintained, and ready for future leadership training. You will oversee contracts, coordinate maintenance, and support sustainability and digitalisation efforts while ensuring compliance with government guidelines.

The role also covers emergency preparedness, record-keeping, and cross-functional collaboration with PA divisions and external vendors to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in facilities management, estate management, building operations, or related field.
• Familiarity with Singapore standards, Codes of Practice, BCA regulations, and Green Mark requirements.
• Experience with government procurement processes and systems, including GeBIZ is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, compliance checks, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and estate maintenance for the campus.
• Coordinate cyclical maintenance, A&A works, and upgrading projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Assist digitalisation and sustainability efforts, including SMART campus and Green Mark goals.
• Support safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning.
