• Plan, oversee maintenance, and manage third-party contracts.
• Lead the 10-year campus masterplan and capital projects.
• Ensure air and water quality measures and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee relocation and transportation services for campus operations.
• Monitor operational budgets and expenditure.
