Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Promotions Manager to operationalise marketing plans and drive retail campaigns. You will manage campaigns, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely execution within approved budgets.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years' experience in marketing, campaign operations or project management, with strong organisation, multitasking and vendor management skills. This maternity cover role is based at Changi Airport Terminal 2.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign operations or project management.
• Strong track record in managing campaign execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering concurrent projects under tight timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to translate marketing plans into practical operational processes and manage implementation through to completion.
• Strong multitasking, organisational and prioritisation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved marketing plans into detailed implementation schedules, operational requirements and stakeholder deliverables.
• Manage campaigns and activations from preparation through launch and post-campaign review.
• Oversee agency briefs and ensure assets align with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate activities across physical, digital and partner channels.
