Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a focused marketing professional for maternity cover in Singapore. The role involves planning and executing integrated campaigns, engaging tenants and partners, and delivering data-driven results from Changi East.

You will utilize BI tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI to steer planning, track performance, and report outcomes. Strong project management and collaboration are essential for success in this temporary position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• Hands-on experience in integrated marketing strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns, including tenant/partner engagement, collateral development, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Use data analytics and BI tools to guide campaign planning and measure results.
• Coordinate with tenants, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Organise trade events, conferences, and industry engagements, including content development, administration, and award submissions.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
