Job summary

PERSOL at Changi Airport is seeking a marketing professional for a maternity cover role from mid November 2026 to mid July 2027. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, engage tenants and partners, develop collateral, and track performance using BI tools.

You will work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, organize trade events, and support various projects. Strong analytical and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Marketing with 2–3 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing strategy and execution.
• Hands-on experience in data analytics and BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns, including tenant/partner engagement, collateral development, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Use data analytics and BI tools to guide campaign planning and measure results.
• Coordinate with tenants, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Organise trade events, conferences, and industry engagements, including content development, administration, and award submissions.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
