Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Campaign & Operations Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of customer engagement and business campaigns across channels.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, maintain campaign records and assist with testing, deployment and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a diploma/degree in business or marketing, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in campaign coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, events management, or business support functions.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and supporting project execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
