Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a customer service professional for our fast-paced call centre in Singapore. You will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and follow up on customer requests while maintaining KPI targets.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Office located near AMK/Yio Chu Kang MRT with standard office hours; join a supportive team and build frontline customer service skills that can launch your career in hospitality, retail, or BPO

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in call centre or customer service is a plus.
