Job summary

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, lead staff, and ensure top service standards. This role offers progression towards an Operations Manager position within a dynamic multi-outlet environment.

The position involves 6-day work weeks, 54 hours per week, with shifts, and a salary range of SGD 2,800–3,200 per month. Location is assigned to an outlet, with potential support at other outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, retail or outlet management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and people-management abilities.
• Willing to work shifts and 6 days/week.
• Motivated to progress into a multi-outlet management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise and train outlet staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and customer service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and wastage control.
• Handle cash, POS and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor sales, expenses and outlet performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Assist other outlets when required.
