Job summary

BE GROUNDED PTE. LTD. is seeking Café Crew Members to join our team at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Novena. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, serve high-quality food and drinks, and support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include food and beverage preparation, welcoming guests at the counter, answering inquiries with a positive attitude, maintaining shop cleanliness, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Training is provided for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Candidate shows a customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn; training provided for new staff.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages to cafe standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Welcome guests, assist at the POS, and handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness, assist with dishwashing, restocking and opening/closing duties.
• Work closely with the team to ensure fast, smooth service during peak hours.
