Responsibilities

• Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow and operational readiness during shifts.
• Operationally hands-on during service periods to support customer service, cashiering, beverage preparation, and café operations.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation standards, speed of service, and customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining, service, and preparation areas in compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory handling, and proper storage practices.
• Support basic cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment.
• Provide friendly, energetic, and customer-focused service while handling customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
