BE GROUNDED PTE. LTD. is seeking Café Crew Members to join our team at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Novena. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, serve high-quality food and drinks, and support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include food and beverage preparation, welcoming guests at the counter, answering inquiries with a positive attitude, maintaining shop cleanliness, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Training is provided for suitable candidates.

We are looking for a team-player. Someone who is welcoming and customer-focused Café Crew Members / Assistants to join our team!

In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving delicious food and beverages, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and drinks with high focus on quality in accordance with café standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, assist customers at POS counter when necessary and address customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Daily Operations: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the whole shop. Assist with dishwashing, restocking supplies, and opening/closing duties.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to ensure prompt service and a seamless customer experience during peak hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred, but willing-to-learn candidates with the right attitude are welcome to apply (training provided).
• Valid Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work Monday to Friday from morning. Weekends will be required only when there is an event (OT to apply).

Shop Details

Located in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Novena.

Closed on weekends. Open Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm.

Shift will be as early as 7am and latest to 6pm.

Shop space is small, so cleanliness and tidiness is of priority.
