Job summary

GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Service Crew member for our Sentosa café, focusing on customer service, orders, payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will support daily operations in a fast-paced setting and gain entry-level exposure to the food and beverage industry.

Entry-level candidates are welcome; training is provided. The role offers a full-time on-site position at a prime Bugis/Sentosa location with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers to create a welcoming dining experience
• Accurately take orders and process payments using cashiering skills
• Serve food and beverages promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation to support kitchen staff
• Coordinate order handling with kitchen staff to ensure timeliness
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout shifts
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and feedback
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the café environment
• Support daily café operations and complete ad-hoc tasks efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications
