Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare café items such as brunch dishes, light mains, and sides following SOPs to ensure quality.
• Assist with plating desserts and simple pastries to meet presentation standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation with proper cooking techniques.
• Follow food handling, storage and hygiene practices for kitchen safety and compliance.
• Support mise en place by preparing ingredients and organizing stations for efficient service.
• Clean and organize kitchen workstations to maintain a safe, tidy environment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to ensure ingredients are available.
• Adhere to kitchen safety procedures and company standards during all food prep activities.

• Assist with plating desserts, waffles, bingsu, and simple pastries to meet presentation standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation by applying proper cooking and finishing techniques
• Follow food handling, storage, and hygiene practices to ensure kitchen safety and compliance
• Support daily mise en place by preparing ingredients and organizing kitchen stations for efficient service
• Clean and organize kitchen workstations to maintain a safe and tidy environment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to ensure availability of ingredients
• Adhere to kitchen safety procedures and company standards during all food preparation activities
