Job summary

Fuku, a small and cozy café in Tampines West, seeks a hands-on Kitchen Lead to manage all food preparation and kitchen operations. You will handle basic prep, ingredient handling, and knife work while maintaining cleanliness and consistent quality.

You will collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to menu development. The role offers creative freedom, ownership of the kitchen, and growth opportunities within a growing café, with a supportive team
