Job summary

Thales Solutions Asia in Singapore is seeking a System Management Engineer (Command and Control) to oversee the operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management of mission-critical C2 systems supporting a government agency. You will work with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain reliability and readiness, meeting tight SLAs and coordinating patches, upgrades, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, uptime and incidents to meet SLA targets (up to 99.9%).
• Coordinate incident management, escalation, troubleshooting and stakeholder communications.
• Provide on-site operations support across project locations and timely operational support via emails/chats.
• Coordinate system patching, downtime, power servicing, and recovery activities for availability.
• Manage hardware maintenance contracts, licences, security certificates, and other service agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contracts.
• Coordinate change requests, reviews, approvals, tracking, testing and closure.
• Manage baselines, configuration changes and technical documentation.
• Plan technology refresh activities including upgrades and migrations.
• Support procurement, budget tracking and project coordination.
