Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks customer-focused team members for a busy c-store. You will greet guests, upsell promotions, deliver high-quality service, and maintain a clean, organized station while following safety protocols.

You will handle daily POS transactions, manage stock, monitor expiries, coordinate with shifts, and help drive store revenue by upselling. Flexibility to work different shifts is required to support operations and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to Shell policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and uphold a culture of safety awareness
• Ensure uniforms are clean and worn properly to project a positive image and demonstrate pride in representing the brand
• Provide quality service by following C-store service steps: Greet guests, Check purchases, Share store promotions and upsell, Offer assistance, and Wish customers well
• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations in the c-store by stacking, displaying, and replenishing products on shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, managing vendor deliveries, and organizing product storage
• Perform Point of Sales operations accurately, including cashiering duties and ensuring proper accounting of daily sales
• Address customer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager as part of the communication plan
• Monitor and report low stock levels to the Shift Manager to ensure inventory is sufficiently stocked
• Maintain a clean and organized station environment by conducting daily housekeeping tasks during each shift
• Deliver high-quality service to customers in the c-store and actively engage in building rapport with customers
• Follow safety protocols and work procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment
• Drive store revenue by promoting upselling of products to customers and maximizing sales opportunities
• Flexibility to work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptional customer service throughout different times of the day
