Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a petrol station administrator in Singapore to support daily operations at the forecourt and c-store.

You will help ensure safety, manage onboarding and incident reporting, oversee uniforms, assist the Shift Manager, monitor stock, and drive customer satisfaction through service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of employees and customers by updating policies and procedures
• Support daily admin tasks at the petrol station including onboarding, incident reporting, recruitment documents, and payroll
• Manage uniform inventory for service champions to ensure availability and adherence to uniform standards
• Provide high-quality service to customers in forecourt and c-store, building strong customer relationships
• Assist the Shift Manager in addressing customer issues to maintain a positive experience
• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to oversee store inventory and stock levels
• Help enforce work protocols through training, monitoring and compliance audits
• Track performance scorecards for C-store and forecourt staff for promotions and revenue growth
• Perform other duties as directed by the retailer to support operations

Job description

• Ensure the safety of employees and customers in the workplace by maintaining and updating policies and procedures
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks at the petrol station, including onboarding processes, incident reporting, recruitment documentation, performance reporting, pay slip distribution, and separation procedures
• Manage the inventory of uniforms for service champions to ensure availability and adherence to uniform standards
• Provide high-quality service to customers in both the forecourt and c-store, actively engaging in building customer relationships
• Assist the Shift Manager in addressing customer issues or feedback to maintain a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to oversee store inventory management and ensure proper stock levels
• Assist in enforcing work protocols and procedures through training, monitoring, and compliance audits to maintain operational efficiency
• Track performance scorecards of C-store and forecourt service champions for promotional programs aimed at driving revenue growth
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the retailer to support operational needs and business objectives.
