Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Forecourt Attendant in Singapore to deliver high-quality customer service at the forecourt and store. You will follow the forecourt service steps, greet customers, and promote Shell V-Power while maintaining a neat appearance and clean environment.

The role requires flexibility to work across shifts, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with the Shift Manager. You will help build rapport with customers and contribute to a positive brand image.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to policies, procedures, and safety culture to ensure a safe working environment in the forecourt area.
• Maintain clean and properly worn uniforms to project a positive image and demonstrate pride in representing the brand.
• Provide quality service by following forecourt service steps: Wave in, Greet customers, Offer Fuel Top up, Provide Value Added Service, Refuel vehicles, Perform Value Added Service, Close Fuel Tank, and Wave off.
• Address customer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager as part of the communication plan
• Keep the store and forecourt environment clean and organized through daily housekeeping tasks during each shift
• Follow safety protocols and work procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment
• Deliver high-quality service to customers on the forecourt and actively engage in building rapport with customers
• Drive store revenue by promoting and upselling Shell V-Power sales to customers
• Flexibility to work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptional customer service throughout different times of the day.
