Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner (S.E.Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Engineer for the HDB Clementi (BTO) project in Singapore. The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and registration with IES/ACES.

You will supervise site work, witness inspections by subcontractors, compile test certificates, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and local regulations. At least 3 years' experience on precast high-rise residential projects is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered as Resident Engineer with IES/ACES.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Resident Engineer in precast high-rise residential projects.
• Experience in HDB projects is advantageous; good interpersonal and communication skills; familiar with local codes and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Provide standing supervision as directed by the Consultant team.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning by Sub-contractors to ensure quality adherence.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and timely project completion.
• Ensure works follow drawings and specifications; attend site meetings and inspections.

Job Description:

• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.
• Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
• Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.
• Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.
• Commencement of work November/December 2026.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.
• Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority’s regulations and requirements
